The Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking full-time musculoskeletal radiologists for the clinical practice or clinician-educator tracks.
Position Summary:
Teach medical students, residents, and fellowsServices provided to Vanderbilt University Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, and Vanderbilt Health outpatient centersVUMC has a busy and growing Orthopedic Surgery practice including:Level 1 trauma center, tertiary referral centerNCI Comprehensive Cancer Center and NCCN Member CenterFocus on well-being, with a culture of collegiality, collaboration, & creativityDaily clinical work includes interpretation of diagnostic studies and image guided interventionOpportunity to develop and grow professional interestsAcademic rank and salary commensurate with experience
Position Requirements:
Fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiologyHold an MD or equivalent degreeA eligible/certifiedEligible for TN licenseComfort/willingness to perform routine fluoroscopy/CT/US guided proceduresParticipation in multidisciplinary conferences and education of trainees and medical students
