Aboutthe Role
As the Division Medical Director, you will blend clinical expertise with administrative leadership . Based in the vibrant city of Richmond, VA , you will oversee anesthesia services across multiple hospitals, manage clinical teams, and provide operational direction. Some travel will be required, but the rewards are immense!

If you are a qualified candidate, you will possess:
- Extensive experience as an Anesthesia Medical Director, ideally in multi-location practices.
- A minimum of 5 years in Healthcare Leadership, preferably in hospital-based physician services or healthcare consulting.
- At least 5 years of experience with healthcare systems management and financial oversight for clinical operations.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong executive presence.
- The ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
