We’re urgently hiring Special Education Teachers for some of Nashville’s most inclusive, student-centered public charter schools. These teams prioritize high-quality IEP practices
, meaningful relationships, and school cultures where teachers are supported, respected, and empowered.
- Provide high-quality instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure access to grade-level content
- Build strong relationships with students and families
- Use data to drive progress toward IEP goals
- Elementary Special Education Teachers
- Middle & High School Special Education Teachers
- Content Specialists (Math + ELA)
- Low-Incidence Special Education Teachers
- Tennessee teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Nashville-area residency
- Background check clearance
$50,000–$80,000
