Reports to: Head Coach/ Athletic Director

School Overview
FRA is a coeducational independent school in Nashville offering pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade students a challenging educational experience within an inclusive Christian community.

Teaches lacrosse to upper school students/teams by performing the following duties.

• Directly supervises students in Lacrosse Activities
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the school's policies and applicable laws
• Responsibilities include interviewing, testing, selecting, and training students; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining students; addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Support Christian mission of Franklin Road Academy.
• Performing tryout if applicable
• Assisting to form team schedule
• Aiding in keeping web page up to date
• Help submit transportation request
• Communicate with Athletic Director & Facilities Director for game day set up
• Attend all coaches' meetings
• Communicate frequently with parents

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.

A.) from four-year College or university preferred or in college currently pursuing degree.
