Alpha is committed to transforming education, and we are seeking a visionary leader to expand opportunities for our students. If you excel at cultivating high‑performing teams and possess a genuine commitment to innovative youth development, this role offers the platform to create lasting change.

This position provides autonomy and resources to elevate our advanced learning methodology. Grounded in learning science and supported by adaptive technology, we are expanding the boundaries of educational possibility. Your expertise will be instrumental in realizing this vision.

You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing playbook development, feedback systems, and demonstration of exemplary facilitation techniques.

Consider the opportunity to merge elite coaching capabilities with direct involvement in youth development. Envision leading a team dedicated to ensuring students not only succeed but flourish – discovering latent abilities and essential life competencies.

Why Alpha?
  • Competitive compensation - we maintain the principle that education professionals deserve market‑rate salaries.
  • Comprehensive benefits and leave - we prioritize our team through robust benefits packages and paid time off.
  • Development‑focused culture - we embody the growth mindset we cultivate in our students, providing coaching, training, and advancement pathways.
  • Relocation support available for exceptional candidates.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Training and advancing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality.
  • Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
  • Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
  • Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your focus remains on developing them as exceptional facilitators.
  • Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility.
  • Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development sessions.
Basic Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
  • Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
  • Experience engaging with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Availability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA;
    Las Vegas, NV;
    Nashville, TN;
    Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship required.
