Your Role:As the Vice Chair for Education, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for:
- Undergraduate Medical Education (UME)
- Graduate Medical Education (GME), including residency and fellowship programs
- Professional development programs in education
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine (EM)
- Academic rank of at least Associate Professor
- A proven track record of excellence in teaching ,
curriculum design , and mentoring - Strong administrative leadership skills
- Experience in curricular design and implementation
- A passion for advancing educational programs
- A growth mindset and a commitment to mentoring others
