Your Role

As the Vice Chair for Education , you will provide strategic oversight for:

• Undergraduate Medical Education (UME)
• Graduate Medical Education (GME), including residency and fellowship programs
• Professional development programs in education

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine (EM)
• A minimum rank of Associate Professor
• A proven track record of excellence in education, including teaching experience at UME, GME, and/or CME levels
• Demonstrated innovation in educational leadership
• Experience in mentoring and developing others
• Expertise in curricular design and implementation
• Administrative experience in accreditation
• Strong leadership skills, including emotional intelligence and conflict resolution
• A growth mindset and passion for advancing educational programs
