Your Role
As the Vice Chair for Education , you will provide strategic oversight for:
- Undergraduate Medical Education (UME)
- Graduate Medical Education (GME), including residency and fellowship programs
- Professional development programs in education

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine (EM)
- A minimum rank of Associate Professor
- A proven track record of excellence in education, including teaching experience at UME, GME, and/or CME levels
- Demonstrated innovation in educational leadership
- Experience in mentoring and developing others
- Expertise in curricular design and implementation
- Administrative experience in accreditation
- Strong leadership skills, including emotional intelligence and conflict resolution
- A growth mindset and passion for advancing educational programs

Our residency program is highly regarded, and our faculty are committed to teaching excellence.
