Roles focused on healthcare projects within our Private Center team. Responsible for leading civil-site and data center-related project management activities.

• Work with leadership to implement proper PM procedures for programmatic data center work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on proposals to determine time, cost, and processes for delivering project deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish Project Management Plans and assemble teams.
• Execute activities to ensure project goals are accomplished within defined time and budget in a technically sound manner.
• Provide technical leadership on civil-site data center projects including preparation of grading, drainage, site layout, utility, erosion control plans, and permit documents.
• Develop contracts including subcontracts to comply with Barge terms.
• Ensure Quality Program implementation and execution.
• Review project reports and findings.
• Occasionally visit job sites for construction observation duties.
• Support the team in managing construction administration activities, including responses to Requests for Information, Submittals, Pricing Requests, Construction Change Directives, Consultant Supplemental Instructions, Addendums, Bulletins, etc.
• Mentor others and build employee capabilities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others.
• Promote a positive workplace culture by modeling our core values in daily actions.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with civil site/land development/project management within healthcare environments.
• PE registration.
• Strong design and technical credibility.
• Excellent oral, written and graphical communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Strong teambuilding and collaboration skills.
