Job Purpose

You will develop Consumer Tyres for European and MEA markets as part of an integrated project team, embracing a strong project management discipline and facing technical challenges in order to meet the future needs.

Responsibilities:

Contributes to the technical development of tyres for delivery to consumer markets.

Contributes to the process of benchmarking, designing prototypes, planning and analyzing of test results, preparing design review documentation.

Contributes to define and manage the project schedule and GANTT.

Prepares appropriate documentation for assigned projects.

Provides his/her contribution to the preparation of Technical Meetings with the BSEMEA functions.

Manages assigned tasks with high level of proficiency and autonomy.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

University degree in engineering (mechanical, materials design, industrial engineering and equivalent)

Experience (years):

Previous experience in the tyre / automotive industries might be a plus.

Technical

Skills:

Very good MS Office packages and CAD systems, good CREO / PRO-E capabilities.

Digital mind-set:
Ability to develop and/or apply new digital tools/software to change business or processes.

Statistic and simulation tools, basics of material characterization, basic knowledge of tyre construction are a nice to have.

Languages

Skills:

Fluency in English.
