$65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.

• Utilize managers and mentors to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and adjust based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands‑on experience with daily preparation and execution processes.
• Evolve duties as skills grow, including estimating, field engineering (line and grade), forming walls & columns, inspections, loadout, finish, slab preparation, quantity take‑offs, and production tracking.
• Drive to excel, be action‑oriented, collaborative, and ready to take advantage of growth opportunities.
• Adapt to rough terrain and inclement weather; maintain reliable commute to sites.
• Perform labor at elevation and lift at least 50 lb when required.
• Adhere to safety protocols; drug test required for successful offer.

• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or related field prior to start, or equivalent work or military experience.
