Based in Nashville, we specialize in commercial, retail, restaurant, healthcare, and entertainment projects for clients nationwide. Our integrated team structure ensures a collaborative, fast-moving project delivery approach.
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This person will be responsible for the electrical design and coordination of commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects—from early concept through construction.The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of leading design efforts independently while mentoring junior team members.Does this sound like you? Lead the design of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
Perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, and ensure NEC/code compliance
Review submittals, answer RFIs, and collaborate closely with contractors and consultants
Coordinate across disciplines with in-house architectural and MEP teams
Conduct site observations and provide construction administration support
What Is RequiredBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of relevant design experience (commercial, healthcare, or institutional preferred)
PE license preferred; EIT in progress considered
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software
Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
