Based in Nashville, we specialize in commercial, retail, restaurant, healthcare, and entertainment projects for clients nationwide. We’re hiring an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to support design and documentation for commercial and institutional building projects on our engineering team.This is an ideal position for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in integrated A/E practice and progressing toward licensure. Support the design of electrical systems for retail, healthcare, educational, and commercial projects
Assist with power distribution, lighting layouts, and system coordination
Perform basic calculations and apply code requirements
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other design team members
Participate in site visits, drawing reviews, and submittal tracking
What Is RequiredBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
EIT certification (or eligibility in progress)
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design principles
Effective communication and a willingness to learn
