• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering or related field and at least 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation on Design/Innovation, Process/Industrial Engineering or related.
• At least 2 years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or related.
• At least 2 years of experience in ownership/management of engineering design projects involving Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• At least 2 years of experience using business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.
• At least 2 years of engineering experience in industrial, logistics, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, architectural, robotics, or production environments.
• At least 2 years of experience with AutoCAD, REVIT or any other CAD program.
• At least 2 years of experience dealing with ambiguity, data analysis and analytical skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in solution optimization, value engineering, best fit analysis (design and data), process development.
• At least 2 years of experience managing engineering or design projects.
• At least 2 years of experience using business/technical software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite.
• At least 1 year of experience in Project Management.

The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $99,300 - $160,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
