We are a collaborative, innovative team that leverages a data‑driven, holistic approach to consulting engineering, performance contracting, and zero‑energy projects.

The Energy Solutions division delivers Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and Design/Build contracts, enabling budget‑neutral or budget‑positive facility upgrades. We also have extensive renewable‑energy experience in Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), microgrids, and EV charging infrastructure across a range of building types.

Role Overview

This position will work with a team of engineers to design, bid, project‑manage, and commission solar PV, battery, and EV charging systems for CMTA clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design solar PV, battery, and EV charging systems
  • Bid projects and develop scope documents
  • Project‑manage installation, commissioning, and measurement‑verification activities
  • Collaborate with clients to address technical and functional requirements
Desired Experience
  • 0–3+ years of experience in renewable‑energy or electrical engineering
Desired Skills
  • Experience with Revit/AutoCAD preferred
  • Knowledge of single‑line PV diagrams and distribution systems
  • Understanding of real, reactive, and apparent power
  • Familiarity with grid‑tied PV components and 3‑phase power systems
  • Basic project management knowledge (flow and deadlines)
  • Knowledge of SMA, Solar Edge, Fronius and other inverter products
Desired Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
