The Energy Solutions division delivers Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and Design/Build contracts, enabling budget‑neutral or budget‑positive facility upgrades. We also have extensive renewable‑energy experience in Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), microgrids, and EV charging infrastructure across a range of building types.
Role OverviewThis position will work with a team of engineers to design, bid, project‑manage, and commission solar PV, battery, and EV charging systems for CMTA clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design solar PV, battery, and EV charging systems
- Bid projects and develop scope documents
- Project‑manage installation, commissioning, and measurement‑verification activities
- Collaborate with clients to address technical and functional requirements
- 0–3+ years of experience in renewable‑energy or electrical engineering
- Experience with Revit/AutoCAD preferred
- Knowledge of single‑line PV diagrams and distribution systems
- Understanding of real, reactive, and apparent power
- Familiarity with grid‑tied PV components and 3‑phase power systems
- Basic project management knowledge (flow and deadlines)
- Knowledge of SMA, Solar Edge, Fronius and other inverter products
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
