Responsibilities- Collect and manage project‑related data for environmental science and planning‑related studies.
- Provide technical guidance on the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and related environmental law and regulation as it relates to both transportation and non‑transportation projects.
- Prepare and/or review NEPA documents.
- Manage, analyze, conduct, and/or review technical studies in support of NEPA documents.
- Assist senior staff in environmental task assignments.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Resources, Planning, or related field
- Local candidates preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Resources or Planning
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Self‑starter with excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong conceptual, organizational, problem‑solving and research abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to an employee‑owned culture
