• Set up Revit models for MEP engineering projects, ensuring templates, views, and work sets are properly structured.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural and structural models into MEP models.
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to develop accurate and efficient design models.
• Maintain model standards and ensure compliance with company CAD/BIM guidelines.
• Support ongoing model management, cleanup, and coordination as projects progress.

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, CAD Technology, BIM, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of Revit fundamentals, including work-sharing, templates, and model linking.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and other project team members.

• 2+ years of professional experience in Revit model setup and production, preferably within an MEP or A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) environment.
• Experience working on commercial, aviation, or higher education projects.
• Knowledge of Navisworks or other clash detection/coordination tools.
• Exposure to BIM execution plans and industry BIM standards.
• Familiarity with MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
