In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with clients and project partners, and you will be responsible for the overall design process on assigned projects within HVAC discipline. You will develop innovative, unique design solutions aligned with project, client, and partner needs, and lead the team in implementing solutions.

• Associate’s Degree in HVAC, Architectural Design, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of HVAC design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of applicable design codes and specification requirements.

• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Rapid technical comprehension and client-focused motivation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency working individually and within team environments.
