The Senior BIM Specialist supports the Industrial Division by leading model setup, coordination, and implementation of BIM technologies such as Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks. The role ensures adherence to company BIM standards, drives workflow improvements, and provides training and technical support to design teams. Working closely with the BIM Committee and Technology team, the Sr. BIM Specialist helps advance innovation and efficiency across industrial projects.

• Responsible for model setups and BIM support to design staff in the division.
• Responsible for carrying out and coordinating technology associated with the use of BIM (Revit, Plant 3D, Navis, etc.)
• Support development and continuous improvement of BIM standards coordinated and formed by the internal BIM Committee.
• Support the development and maintenance of company BIM standards for the development of parametric families and content, primary discipline project work and deliverable setup.
• Support the development and implementation of training curriculum for the design and CAD technicians in the division.
• Participate in project‑based BIM strategies for major projects requiring unique integration tactics and work closely with BIM Automation specialist and BIM Technology Manager to improve workflow processes.
• Participate in the Innovation Hub training and huddle sessions daily (10‑15 minutes per day).

• 7+ years BIM/VDC experience with Revit, Plant 3D or equivalent.
• Construction industry experience required.
• Preferred experience in Mechanical or Electrical Design.

• High School required.
• Technical degree/Associate’s in CAD technology preferred.
• General understanding of P&, systems drawings, and generation of spool or isometric drawings.
