We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in the industrial and power/process sectors. This role involves leading multiple projects, collaborating with MEP/FP teams, and delivering designs that meet architect and owner objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, project management experience, and the ability to foster client relationships.

• Lead the design of complex building electrical systems in the industrial and power/process sectors.
• Perform electrical system modeling using SKM or ETAP.
• Integrate electrical systems with chilled water, compressed air, and steam/hot water systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and contractors to meet project goals.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial and power/process electrical systems.
• Registered Professional Engineer (Tennessee or ability to obtain).
• Proficiency in Revit and electrical modeling software (SKM/ETAP).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Strong technical skills in electrical engineering.
• Ability to foster client relationships.

• Experience with MEP/FP teams.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
