About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in the industrial and power/process sectors. This role involves leading multiple projects, collaborating with MEP/FP teams, and delivering designs that meet architect and owner objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, project management experience, and the ability to foster client relationships.
Responsibilities- Lead the design of complex building electrical systems in the industrial and power/process sectors.
- Perform electrical system modeling using SKM or ETAP.
- Integrate electrical systems with chilled water, compressed air, and steam/hot water systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and contractors to meet project goals.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial and power/process electrical systems.
- Registered Professional Engineer (Tennessee or ability to obtain).
- Proficiency in Revit and electrical modeling software (SKM/ETAP).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong technical skills in electrical engineering.
- Ability to foster client relationships.
- Experience with MEP/FP teams.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
