As a Mechanical Engineer II in our Nashville office, you’ll join a collaborative community where your expertise fuels innovation and your work helps shape a brighter future.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will exercise independent judgment to develop and document system designs from concept plans and technical design criteria. You will interpret and utilize information set forth in the basis of design, as well as information gathered from users, project partners, field surveys, and code research.

Qualifications
  • Education: BSAE or BSME required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience designing HVAC building systems in technically sophisticated facilities.
  • Licensing: PE License or ability to become licensed.
  • Software: Expertise in engineering design programs (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred.
Skills
  • Strong spoken and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension with a client-outcome focus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work well individually and in team environments.
