This position is a key leadership position within the I-24 Choice Lane PMC team. This $5 billion Public Private Partnership will provide Tennessee with an additional two lanes of interstate in each direction for approximately 23 miles of interstate South of Nashville. This position will provide leadership and direction over the document control, Version control, submittal tracking, Correspondence tracking, Developer Payments/Collections, Schedule Analysis, Cost Estimates, and technical support on all change orders and progress reports/payments provided to Tennessee Department of Transportation.

This project will create policies and procedures for use on this Choice Lanes project, which will be utilized on all subsequent choice lanes project in relationship to Document Control, Filing taxonomy, work rules related to submittals and correspondence, review and acceptance of schedules and estimates, interaction with TDOT related to Developer payments/collections as well as Progress Report and Invoices to Tennessee Department of Transportation.

This position will lead a team in accomplishing monthly reports on schedules, estimates, progress payments, submittal tracking, correspondence/issues.

Working with the Statewide PMC Program Manager, resolve project issues and/or present options to the client for resolution.

Establish a working relationship with key staff from both the Developer and Tennessee Department of Transportation and ensure a seamless organization supporting the overall Project.

Works and directs the General Engineering Consultant on tasks that exceed the capacity of the immediate PMC team. The GEC is tasked with providing staffing support as needed.

This position will provide technical judgement and provide necessary support to the Design, Construction and Commercial leads as necessary to help resolve disputes. This support will include, but may not be limited to schedule analysis, cost estimating support, correspondence searches, version control searches, analysis of backup documents.

This position will provide day to day supervision for two internal staff plus an augment of a General Engineering Consultant. The position will also provide direction and oversight to General Engineering Consultant staff as workload requires.

• Supports the Program Manager by effectively managing and delivering PMC services in the area or area(s) assigned.
• Resolves issues of moderate financial impact, seeks guidance from Program Manager for issues of greater financial or business risk to the client.
• Identifies and brings to the Program Manager potential areas to increase HNTB’s presence and revenue with the client as appropriate.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients at the comparable organization level, actively attending and building relationships within local and state industry organizations.
• Identifies staffing needs for the delivery of services for their area(s), providing direction and oversight to staff, client staff and subcontractors.
• Participates in the development of client service action plans and client project reviews.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• 12 years relevant experience

• 3 years of a combination of a) proven program management and/or senior PMC role, b) managing or leading a team in successful delivery of PMC projects, c) alternative project delivery experience, d) PE
