Remote from home when not onsite; frequent work at customer sites. Occasional local Qubits Office in Herndon.

SCADA Operations (PSO), Power Monitoring Expert (PME), and Eco Struxure Building Operation (EBO). Schneider Electric+1. Also partner with Inductive Automation to implement Ignition.
You will lead field delivery for BMS/EPMS projects—from kickoff through commissioning and closeout—working directly with customers, technicians, engineers, and vendors.
- Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and project documentation (plans, logs, meeting notes, progress reports)
- Coordinate onsite deployment teams to hit milestones and customer acceptance criteria
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages
- Translate customer requirements and project submittals into actionable plans for field and engineering teams
- Support commissioning/validation activities and ensure delivered work meets requirements
- Interface with common protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, BACnet); IEC 61850 is a plus
- Serve as primary day-to-day customer point of contact for status, blockers, and next steps
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Assist with quotes/change orders for BMS/EPMS opportunities (as required)
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with strong, proven BMS/EPMS/HVAC controls field experience
- 2+ years supporting design, installation, integration, or commissioning of EPMS / BMS / HVAC controls
- Strong Excel and documentation skills (reports, formulas, lookups, charts)
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work onsite at customer facilities
- Excellent English (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience with Schneider Electric ecosystems (PME, PSO, Eco Struxure Building Operation), Ignition, Niagara.
- Understanding of SCADA concepts for power monitoring/control
- Familiarity with PLCs, electrical one-lines, meters, breakers, protection relays
- Safety familiarity: LOTO, arc-flash awareness
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs and work in active jobsite environments (reasonable accommodations available)
