$130,000 – $150,000 per year (DOE)

• Design and develop electrical systems.
• Design and create schematics and drawings for new circuits and motor control strategies.
• Implement DFM and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create technical documentation and translate complex information for diverse audiences.
• Ensure safety standards (SIL) are met while balancing battery life, uptime, and manufacturing costs.
• Write and implement quality control standards for parts and assemblies.
• Perform technical writing tasks including schematic design, operational flowcharting, test plans, verification reports, and user documentation.
• Lead and manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously.

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5+ years of experience (or 10+ years in a related role).
• Expertise in motor controls and/or battery‑supplied drive systems.
• Experience with ISO or ASTM quality control procedures, risk analysis, and product design optimization.
• Strong technical writing and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Solidworks Electrical (or similar) and project management software.
• Hands‑on engineering development and testing experience preferred.
• Engineering management and/or sales support experience preferred.
• Understanding of economic principles, market analysis, and cost forecasting preferred.
