We’re working with a well-established electrical contracting firm in the Nashville area that continues to grow through repeat business and long-term GC partnerships. The company is known for its integrity, stability, and commitment to high-quality work across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

They’re looking to add an experienced Electrical Estimator to their team — someone who can bring accuracy, speed, and a strategic mindset to the preconstruction process.

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Review plans, specs, and addenda to determine project scope and requirements
• Perform material and labor takeoffs using estimating software
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams on bid strategy and cost control
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes
• Participate in design-build and value-engineering efforts
• Support ongoing project tracking and budgeting as needed

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the commercial/industrial sector
• Strong understanding of NEC and construction documents
• Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
• Local or regional candidates preferred
