What you'll be doing:- Prepare accurate and detailed plumbing design drawings using industry software
- Coordinate with architects and internal teams to ensure up-to-date models and seamless integration
- Perform system design layout and equipment sizing, including load calculations
- Assist with site observations, field verification, and on-site inspections during construction
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients throughout design and construction phases
- Support project setup, design strategy, and documentation
- Two-year technical degree in a relevant discipline plus 6+ years of applicable experience - OR - 8+ years of industry experience without a degree
- Advanced skills in plumbing design and system layout, including sizing and equipment selection
- Proficient in industry software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate and high-quality design drawings
- Skilled in collaboration and coordination with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors
