Management Assistant (Part-Time)

ATC Management is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant to support it’s Nashville-based Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and is eager to learn and grow within an artist management company.

This position is part-time to start, with the potential to transition to full-time for the right fit. Nashville-based preferred, though LA-based will also be considered.

• Oversee and manage calendars, schedules, travel and daily logistics for Manager and the artist roster
• Handle administrative tasks for both the artists and Manager
• Interface with artist’s external teams via email including labels, agents, publishers, tour managers, and other partners
• Support the Manager and Day-to-Day Manager across various projects and ongoing initiatives
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the artist and their team
