Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end on‑site ticketing operations for assigned festivals, including box office and gate execution
  • Coordinate with ticketing platforms and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate ticket builds, capacities, and inventory controls
  • Execute pre‑event internal order fulfillment for artists, sponsors, media, vendors, and guest lists

  • Manage box office infrastructure, including hardware, Wi‑Fi, staffing workflows, and contingency planning
  • Oversee credentialing strategy and execution, including wristbands, laminates, and access levels
  • Supervise public and internal gates, troubleshooting scan issues, credential discrepancies, and fan support needs
  • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for ticketing‑related issues during show days
  • Partner with operations, security, and production teams to optimize crowd flow and entry efficiency
What You Bring (Required)
  • 3–5 years of experience in ticketing, box office, or gate operations (festival or live event experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale event staffing and credentialing programs
  • Familiarity with major ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, Front Gate, See Tickets, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel 35%–50% of the year, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in fast‑paced, live event environments
You Might Be a Fit If You
  • Have experience with RFID credentialing or cashless POS integrations

Benefits

  • Travel per diem, accommodations, and all approved event‑related expenses covered
  • 100% company‑paid family Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Additional voluntary benefits including short‑term and long‑term disability
  • Generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, and personal days
  • Opportunity to participate in a 401(k) program with company match
