Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $22.00/hr guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car, earn even more.

We provide: a stable and consistent working schedule, all cleaning supplies, all training, all appointments, your housekeeper uniform, and a company car while you work so you don’t have to use your own.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our process to delight every customer. You may earn tips.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• As a team lead (driving a vehicle), manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, and maintain equipment.
• Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Enjoy working with different types of people on a team, performing physical work, and applying attention to detail.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7 am to 4 pm.
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.
• Ready for a fresh start, willing to work as part of a team and on your best.
