• Provide tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals and trusts.
• Develop and sustain trusted client relationships.
• Identify issues and recommend creative solutions to complex client issues.
• Manage client engagements to achieve optimal service expectations.
• Grow a business network with referral relationships, potential clients and organizations.
• Recruit, develop and motivate team members.
• Create a highly collaborative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
  Master’s degree in tax preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years recent accounting‑firm experience managing multiple tax projects and client engagements.
• CPA certification.
• Strong leadership, project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and networking acumen.
• Experience with tax software and technology.
