Tax Senior Manager - Nashville, TN

Beech Valley’s client, a top 100 CPA firm, is seeking Tax Senior Managers in the following locations:
Atlanta, Nashville, Tampa. These are direct hire, full-time opportunities with competitive salary and benefits.

The Tax Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for a diverse client base and is expected to use their experience to advise clients and develop a true trusted advisor relationship. This professional is responsible for leading and mentoring tax teams, reviewing complex tax returns, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• 7+ years of tax experience within a public accounting and/or consulting firm, or equivalent experience in industry tax leadership
• CPA, EA license, or another recognized certification is required
• Client-oriented work ethic, committed to high-quality results
• Creative problem‑solving skills with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
• Experience in healthcare, financial institutions, real estate, professional services, or manufacturing is a plus

• Lead clients and teams with a demonstrated excellence in project management and relationship development
• Advise clients on a variety of tax issues, resulting in the successful completion of tax planning, advisory, accounting, and compliance projects, all while maintaining focus on client service excellence
• Develop a team of tax consultants and other subject matter experts to ensure exceptional client service
• Cultivate existing business client relationships and advance opportunities with new prospect leads
