A high growth, PE backed healthcare organization in Nashville is seeking a strategic finance leader to own post acquisition value creation, partner performance analytics, and key financial reporting across the platform. This role offers heavy exposure to the CFO, Private Equity sponsor, Partner Doctors, and Operations leadership. It is designed for someone who can blend financial rigor with strong relationship management in a fast scaling environment.

What

You’ll Do Value Creation and Partner Performance
  • Build and manage Year 1 post acquisition value creation plans with Partner Doctors, Operations, and Growth leadership.
  • Track partner performance against earnout metrics and manage communication among Partners, Executive Leadership, and the PE sponsor.
  • Ensure underwriting assumptions are transitioned cleanly from Business Development to Operations for execution.
JV, Brand and Growth Reporting
  • Lead the full JV reporting process, including tailored monthly financial packages and performance reviews.
  • Partner with Strategy and Operations teams to measure ROI for de novos, service line expansions, and other growth initiatives.
  • Own financial reporting for newly acquired brands and track Year 1 performance against underwriting models and budget.
Cross Functional Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner across BD, Operations, Strategy, and Growth teams.
  • Build scalable FP&A processes and performance dashboards to support rapid expansion.
  • Support broader M&A integration efforts, including operational onboarding and performance tracking.

What You Bring
  • Five to seven years of progressive finance experience with a track record of accelerated responsibility.
  • Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and executive ready communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior cross functional leaders and clinician partners.
  • Experience in investment banking, M&A, multi site healthcare, or PE backed environments is highly valued.
  • A self directed, detail focused approach with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Healthcare experience preferred;
    Private Equity exposure a plus.
