The Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) provides financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets and accounting advisory, transaction analytics, environmental, technical & sustainability (ETS) services, and other M&A services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family office and corporate clients worldwide.

• Assist with core financial due diligence, identifying key risks, potential deal breakers, and evaluating the transaction in the context of the client’s investment strategy.
• Analyze detailed financial statements—income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key operational data—and synthesize this information into actionable insights for management discussions.
• Assess the quality of the target company’s reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
• Construct deal‑oriented reports and presentations that highlight key findings and their impact on valuation, purchase agreements, and negotiation points.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with target management and client personnel, serving as a secondary point of contact for day‑to‑day execution matters.
• Help build and maintain client relationships and support business‑development opportunities.

• 2–3 years of audit experience at a top accounting firm; preferred 1 year in a financial accounting due diligence group.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related major.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or in the process of obtaining one.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Flexibility to work as both a team member and an individual contributor.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced settings.

The base salary is $100,000 annually, variable by education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with discretionary contributions.
