Overview: A well-established Mid‑South regional bank is looking to grow its newly developed Healthcare division and expand its Mid‑South presence by adding a Senior Relationship Manager to their team. This role is a unique opportunity to join a newly established division backed by a well‑capitalized, mid‑sized bank with a strong reputation across the Mid‑South. The role offers the chance to be part of a small, high‑performing team while leveraging the resources and leadership support of a proven bank.

Responsibilities:

• Source and grow new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on specialty healthcare practices.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of healthcare banking relationships, delivering customized credit solutions, treasury management, and tailored financial products.
• Originate and structure commercial credit facilities ranging from $5MM–$15MM.
• Manage an existing healthcare portfolio while actively contributing to the pipeline for future business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal partners in credit and product to ensure exceptional client service and risk management.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial banking experience with proven expertise in the healthcare sector.
• Strong origination and business development skills, with an ability to independently source and close new client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, including lending to physician practices, specialty groups, and healthcare facilities.
• Track record of managing complex credit relationships and delivering full‑service banking solutions.
