Our client is a lower middle‑market business services company under new private equity ownership. The business has a regional presence in multiple geographies with plans to expand their operational footprint and service‑line offerings to support their strong growth initiatives.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands‑on and highly confident finance leader to strategically support the senior executive team working towards ambitious growth strategy. You will be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level with full responsibility for the finance and accounting functions which includes closing the books, overseeing a heavy M&A integration process. This is a true “roll‑up your sleeves” environment where you will wear multiple hats and contribute on significant levels.

You will also focus on upgrading reporting and visibility in all areas of the business with an emphasis on analytical and data‑driven decision making.
