EY is a global professional services firm with a dedicated Financial Services Organization (FSO). The Private Tax EDGE practice provides specialized tax support to high‑net‑worth individuals, family‑owned businesses, and private equity entities.

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting services for private entities (C‑Corp, S‑Corp, partnerships) and high‑profile individuals/families.
• Lead projects independently while providing guidance on complex matters.
• Coordinate with client tax liaisons, trust teams and officers to gather information and produce accurate tax statements, returns and reporting.
• Maintain effective long‑term client relationships and manage workflow and engagement economics.
• Assign tasks to staff, review and evaluate work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching, formal and informal feedback, and leadership to team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), or licensed attorney.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in professional services or tax services within the financial services industry.
• Broad exposure to federal income tax and state/local tax issues.
• Proficiency with tax and accounting technologies.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $127,900 to $291,900 in the US.
