Corporate Tax Manager – PwC
Join a dynamic Corporate Tax Generalist team where you will deliver client-focused tax services and drive digital innovation. As a Manager, you will coach teams, manage client accounts, and solve complex tax challenges.
Skills & Experience- Analyze and identify linkages across systems.
- Own projects: planning, budgeting, execution, completion.
- Partner with leadership for quality, timelines, deliverables.
- Develop skills outside comfort zone; mentor others.
- Use review to deepen team expertise.
- Address conflicts, engage difficult conversations, escalating when appropriate.
- Uphold professional and technical standards, code of conduct, independence requirements.
- Supervise and coach teams to deliver top-quality tax services.
- Manage client service accounts and engagement work streams.
- Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Leverage technical knowledge and industry insights.
- Drive digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain deliverables that meet client and firm standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 4 years of experience.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify.
- Success as tax technical business advisor.
- Familiarity with a CRM system.
- Innovating through new and existing technologies.
- Working with large, complex data sets.
- Utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours.
- Knowledge of alternative fee arrangements.
- Providing a point of view on pricing strategies.
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
