This role supports the organization’s financial planning and analysis function, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting. The position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in contributing to operational and strategic decision-making.

• Serve as a core FP&A partner by providing financial visibility, analytical support, and insights that help drive business performance.
• Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and routine financial updates
• Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results
• Assist with creating and maintaining three-statement financial forecasts
• Build financial models to support budgeting and operational reviews
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
• Maintain routine liquidity and cash flow visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategic and operational initiatives
• Assist with preparing materials for leadership-level presentations
• Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and modernization of reporting tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1–3 years of financial analysis experience (internships may count)
• Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills
• Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
• General understanding of budgeting and forecasting
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
• Programming experience (e.g., Python) is a plus
• Alignment with values such as teamwork, accountability, and improvement
