ABOUT

THE ROLE

The Finance Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) Manager is a results-driven finance professional who plays a critical supporting role in advancing the financial planning and analysis function across the Building Envelope business. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of FP&A to deliver key financial processes including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis. The ideal candidate will contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving reporting capabilities and modernizing FP&A tools, while providing valuable insights that support margin improvement and operational efficiency.

WHAT

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Support Senior Manager, FP&A to execute monthly financial close activities and provide timely, accurate, and insightful reporting packages.
  • Support the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
  • Assist in transformation of FP&A reporting tools and processes, driving automation, standardization, and improved analytics capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth financial and variance analysis on P&L, margin performance, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
  • Provide financial modeling and decision support for strategic initiatives and business cases, with a focus on margin improvement and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and procurement to ensure financial alignment and visibility.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and best practices in FP&A, aligned with global and regional finance initiatives.
  • Support integration-related tasks in coordination with Amrize HQ finance and shared service center teams.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to finance and business leadership as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting based on business needs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from an accredited university.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and key business drivers (especially margin and cost levers).
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with control frameworks and financial reporting under IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
