Financial Manager, VP/Director of Finance, Accounting & Finance
Our client is a creative, fast-growing hospitality design firm that carries projects from first concept through purchasing and installation, with designers, procurement specialists, and field teams all working under one roof. The business is healthy, profitable, and still expanding into new services.
About the RoleOne of the founders and finance leaders is preparing to retire, and that opens a rare seat. The Vice President of Finance will step in with a true side-by-side handoff from the person who built the function, then take it forward: owning the firm's finances, growing the department, and becoming the trusted financial partner to the Managing Partner. Ownership is looking for someone who can turn complex numbers into clear decisions, and bring a calm, steady hand to every major financial call.
This seat is built for a Controller or Finance Director who has proven themselves and is ready for the next title.
