A&M's PEPI CFO Services practice is seeking a Director with deep expertise in Finance Transformation to lead complex engagements and help clients improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of their finance organizations.

Our team works with CFOs and finance leadership teams to address challenges related to finance operating models, organizational effectiveness, cost optimization, process improvement, technology enablement, and management reporting. We bring a practical, execution-focused approach to designing and implementing sustainable improvements.

As a Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead engagement teams and work streams, and play an active role in developing our people, capabilities, and client relationships.

• Lead Finance Transformation engagements and work streams focused on improving finance function performance, reducing costs, enhancing service delivery, and driving operational efficiency.
• Assess current-state finance organizations, processes, systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement future-state finance operating models, organizational structures, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead initiatives involving finance process optimization, automation, digitization, financial close improvement, and management reporting enhancement.
• Develop actionable transformation roadmaps, business cases, financial analyses, and implementation plans.
• Lead Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiatives, including feasibility assessments, operating model design, implementation, and optimization.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables, facilitate alignment with senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of recommended solutions.
• Manage engagement execution, deliverable quality, project timelines, and workstream coordination.
