Director of FP&A Healthcare

A growing, multi-site healthcare organization is looking to add a Director of FP&A to its expanding finance team. This is a newly created opportunity for a strategic, analytically minded finance professional who wants significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help build and scale the FP&A function.

This person will partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance management, and strategic decision-making.

This is a newly created opportunity for a strategic, analytically minded finance professional who wants significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help build and scale the FP&A function.

This person will partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance management, and strategic decision-making.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and long-range financial planning
• Build and maintain financial models, pro formas, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with leadership to translate operational metrics into financial insights and actionable recommendations
• Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, expansion, investments, and other growth opportunities
• Develop and standardize KPIs, reporting, forecasting, and performance management processes
• Improve and scale FP&A systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, and Data/Analytics teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting
• Lead and mentor FP&A team members as the function continues to grow
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, healthcare finance, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Experience developing pro forma models and evaluating strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and integrated financial modeling
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing finance professionals
• Healthcare, multi-site, or other operationally complex industry experience is highly preferred
