MDHA is seeking a dedicated HCV Special Programs Specialist to administer HUD-VASH within the Housing Choice Voucher program. You will work with VA case managers to determine eligibility, issue and administer vouchers, and help Veterans secure and maintain housing.
Under the RA Special Project Manager, you will ensure accurate records, process annual/ interim actions, review income, monitor voucher utilization, and prepare files for audits while adhering to HUD regulations and MDHA's plan.
This position is for the HUD-VASH Veterans Housing Specialist role at Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.
