As a Nurture Provider specializing in cosmetology, manicure, or aesthetic services, your role is pivotal and essential to elevating our clients’ spa experience. • Perform exceptional cosmetology, manicure, or esthetics services, meeting the quality standards of NaSah’s Nurture‑Nature.
• Develop personalized beauty and wellness plans for clients by understanding our products and services.
• Learn, educate and sell retail items.
• Provide consistently excellent customer service while showcasing a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Utilize basic computer skills for efficient scheduling and client data management.
• Uphold strict cleanliness, sanitation, and client interaction standards per spa guidelines.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness by working independently and adhering to NaSah’s operational guidelines.
• Engage in professional development to remain abreast of industry trends and techniques.
• Display schedule flexibility to accommodate diverse timing needs of our clientele.
• Maintain an orderly, tranquil, and welcoming spa environment.

• Valid Tennessee State cosmetology, manicurist, or esthetician certification.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in a spa or similar setting.
• Track record of providing top‑notch customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations.
• Adept at following instructions and working within pre‑established guidelines.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and a sincere enthusiasm for engaging with clients.
• Commitment to punctuality and a flexible approach to work hours.

• Ability to stand for extended time frames.
• Nimbleness in moving around the spa to perform various duties.
• Comfort sitting for long periods during certain treatments if necessary.
• Capable of handling communication devices and performing administrative tasks.
• Can comfortably lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
