School Registered Nurse; RN

Immediate need for multiple Registered Nurses to support students for the  School Year. Competitive Rates!

• Monday through Friday
• Nurses with FT hours will be given one school to cover during the duration of an assignment

• Evaluate the health needs of students attending assigned schools.
• Provide or arrange for selected screenings and assessments.
• Provide care coordination/case management.
• Provide generalized health services.
• Implement medication distribution system.
• Maintain student health records.

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.

• Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience
• Registered Nurse License in good standing in TN
• Nurses will attend first week paid client orientation
• Meet mentor/preceptor to discuss expectations and details of assignment
