Ally Psychiatry is expanding in the greater Nashville area and seeking a compassionate, skilled ABA / Clinical Psychologist to join our growing behavioral health team. This role offers the opportunity to provide a blend of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychological testing, and outpatient therapy within a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.
Position Highlights:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, cognitive testing, and behavioral assessments
- Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and BCBA professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing program development
- Flexible scheduling options and strong administrative support

Requirements- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
- Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist in the state of Tennessee
- Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
- Competence in psychological testing and report writing required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
