We are seeking a compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join The Aspenwood Company in Nashville, TN, caring for seniors in our assisted living communities.
Location & ScheduleThe Crestmoor at Green Hills – an Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community (and Village on the Park McKinney – an Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community). Full‑time 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Must be able to work holidays and weekends.

- Clean and maintain occupied and empty apartments, keeping them tidy and comfortable for residents.
- Keep community common areas (lobbies, hallways, recreational spaces) clean and welcoming.
- Handle laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and clothing.
- Sanitize all areas to maintain a healthy environment, especially important for seniors.
- Use gentle techniques for residents with dementia or other age‑related conditions.
- Track and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Receive training on housekeeping best practices in senior care and grow in the role.
- Engage residents respectfully, recognizing individual needs and promoting a positive living environment.
- Maintain high personal hygiene and professional appearance per company policies.
- Collaborate with staff, assisting with various tasks for smooth operation.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Housekeeping experience preferred; we will train the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Compassionate, friendly, and meticulous.
- Ability to work with seniors and tolerate behaviors associated with dementia and aging processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
