We are seeking highly skilled and professional Massage Therapists to join our team on a contract/per diem basis
. This is a unique opportunity to work with high-profile clients, touring performers, and wellness-focused individuals in both a clinic setting and concierge (on-location) services.

We are seeking highly skilled and professional Massage Therapists to join our team on a contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to work with high-profile clients, touring performers, and wellness-focused individuals in both a clinic setting and concierge services.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs (deep tissue, sports massage, recovery-focused sessions, etc.)
• Deliver services on-site at Rock Nashville or through concierge appointments in clients’ homes, hotels, or performance venues
• Maintain professional standards of confidentiality and discretion with all clients
• Collaborate with physical therapists and wellness providers to support integrated care plans
• Manage scheduling, punctuality, and professionalism in all client interactions

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Tennessee, in good standing
• 2+ years of professional massage therapy experience (sports, performance, or medical massage preferred). Extra skills are a bonus!!
• Experience working with high-profile clients or in a performance/athletic environment is a plus
• Ability to adapt to varying client needs, environments, and schedules
• Strong communication and professionalism; commitment to client privacy
