Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray; Nights

Overview

Location - Nashville, TN

• Take and process X-ray images using special portable machines (digital or computed) and send them to a doctor called a Radiologist for review.
• Carry the portable X-ray machine into different locations to do tests that a doctor requests. It’s important to get clear and helpful X-ray images.
• Do EKG tests if needed, and send them to a heart doctor (Cardiologist) for review (if required).
• Scan papers related to exams and billing every day as needed.
• Talk regularly with dispatch (the team in charge) and management.
• Communicate clearly and work professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients.
• Take care of the vehicle and X-ray equipment.
• Continue to take and process X-rays using portable machines and send them to the Radiologist.

• Keep up with required state licenses and certifications, along with health and work requirements.
• Have a valid driver’s license in the state where you work, and make sure it is always in good standing.

• Compact licenses are allowed.
• Limited licenses are not accepted.
