The Lodge at Natchez Trace, a beautiful assisted living and memory care community just outside Nashville, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are hiring for full-time day and night shifts, and we proudly offer a $500 sign-on bonus for qualified CNAs who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide companionship, support, and engagement through conversation and activities

• Assist with meals, hydration, and basic household tasks as needed

• Monitor and promptly report changes in residents' condition or behavior

• Document care accurately according to community standards and EMR requirements

• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members

• Follow all safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned to support resident well-being

Qualifications

• Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license in the state of Tennessee - REQUIRED

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or similar setting preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with seniors, including those living with dementia

• Ability to lift, assist, and safely support residents as needed

• Reliable transportation; valid driver's license preferred
