• Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan in an urgent care and primary care setting
• Triage patient needs and deliver timely, evidence-based care
• Perform thorough histories, physical exams, and individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics using best-practice standards
• Prescribe medications and refer to specialists as appropriate
• Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, I&Ds, fracture management, and foreign body removal
• Collaborate with supervising or back-up physicians when needed
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to other team members

• Treat every patient with professionalism, empathy, and respect
• Foster a kind, caring, and collaborative clinical environment
• Communicate clearly with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold all regulatory standards
• Deliver efficient, high-quality care while creating an outstanding patient experience
• See all patients who arrive prior to clinic close
• Complete accurate documentation to support quality care, risk mitigation, and billing
• Close charts within 3 days of each shift

Required:

• Active, unencumbered license in the state of practice
• Board-certified and able to treat patients across the lifespan
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Friendly, patient-focused, and service-oriented mindset
• DOT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Preferred:

• CPR certification
